Little update! We shifted our YTT dates to be more accommodating to busy everyday life, now meeting one weekend a month from September-April (with two sessions in February). Your participation in the program also includes a membership to our incredible club for the duration of our training! Join me and @yogicoach on this journey to deepen your physical practice, expand your knowledge of ancient yoga philosophy & wisdom, and grow with our amazing yoga community. Fully accredited through Yoga Alliance for anyone interested in teaching yoga after completion. Please reach out with any questions! 🫶🏼🙏🏼
